This is the chitin hugo theme, which is used by the datenanfragen project for the websites https://www.datenanfragen.de, https://www.datarequests.org and https://verein.datenanfragen.de.
To build, first run yarn prod and then hugo. It is recommended to include this theme as a git submodule.
