This reverts commit ada0cd6.
`/etc/mysql/conf.d/` doesn't exist in new image.

Let's merge it as it is for now - it will unblock at least part of the system tests which use only mysql master and don't start replica. The replication issue seems to be tought (unless I'm missing something trivial) and probably will take some more time to discover what's wrong - I created separate issue DBZ-8655 for it. |

Previous fix worked, I was confused by the
latesttag, which made me think that it didn't work, but this is more proper fix (if this sounds confusing, please check DBZ-8633 where I tried to explain little bit more:-).https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DBZ-8633
