Enables creation of issue trees: tasks and subtasks are defined through indentation:

parent task with many subtask
  subtask 1 - build it
  subtask 2 - watch and learn
  // description for subtask 2

Selecting the entire text block above and hitting ctrl+t will bring up a dialog to select an assignee for each task.
