Verifying a deployed contracts

For a contract with no constructor arguments

Run hardhat-etherscan

yarn hardhat verify --network <NETWORK_NAME> <CONTRACT_ADDRESS>

For a contract with constructor arguments

1. Create an arguments declaration file
