Motivation
When a relying party establishes a connection with a wallet, the wallet is polled until a connection is successfully established. To prevent indefinite polling, we have implemented a "retry until timeout" mechanism. This mechanism sets a timeout to stop polling after a specified duration. Since the user may need time to sign into their wallet, we have set the default timeout to 2 minutes.
