- Added rosetta/django-rosetta to manage translation through django-rosetta app at /rosetta
- Added i18next to frontend to retrieve django translations
- Added management command to create initial google-translations for site text
- Runs compile and make messages commands - Auto translates text with google translate
- Also added other translation entries
- Can now search by translated tag name as well as English tag name for non-English languages - Added MapSquareViewer class to consolidate map square fetch code
- Fixes redirect that breaks search page
- Fixes footer elements overlapping with page elements when the page is small
