Re-consider how to deal with daily events (import from external calendar)

Motivation

Currently all events with daily recurrence are rejected at event import from an external calendar. The background is that users cannot create events with daily recurrence anymore. There was an idea to import events with daily recurrence as long-term events. However there was a problem: events with daily recurrence can have interval > 1, which means repeating every x > 1 days. In long-term events there is no chance to refer to this "every x days" rule.

Re-consider how to deal with such events again.
