Install prerequisites with pip3 install -r requirements.txt

Usage

• See scripts/example_usage.py.
  • Currently setup to remove layout information that COPASI includes in exported SBML.
  • Additional elements can be removed by specifying additional XPaths and their corresponding namespaces.
