Adds an option to use the 1.16 palette, which includes 7 new base colors (mostly variations of maroon and teal).
In the image below, these appear on the rightmost map between red and pink, and between blue and cyan:
compare_1.12_1.16

Note: 2 colors were somehow missing from the 1.12 list (base colors 50 and 51), and were thus added to both the 1.12 list and the new 1.16 list.

Added 7 new material colors introduced in 1.16-pre6 (base colors 52-58).
