Consider this scrum-like backlog.

Each task should be tagged with one of:

• not started – which means, that feature is essential and not implemented at all yet. This feature may be cut out for some reason.
• in progress – means that someone (most probably dreamer_) is implementing it. Stay tuned and wait for tag to change.
• [frozen] – means that this feature is 101% complete or it doesn’t matter and it won’t be changed anyway.
