Neo4j extension

The d:swarm Neo4j unmanaged extension runs on server side of a Neo4j graph database. Please follow the steps in the README to set it up on your server. The code of the d:swarm Neo4j unmanaged extension can be found in the dswarm-graph-neo4j repository.
