Ich würde "In detail:" weg lassen. Beide Paragraphen zusammenziehen und schreiben:

… This can be very useful to debug a deployed application. Setting the query parameter ?debug=true changes the defaults for all URL hint query parameters …

(URL gross schreiben.)
