The health files - specifically the Code of Conduct - in this repository may not be ideal for eHNs needs and purposes.
While we use them in Telekom repositories (and of course invite anyone interested in the https://www.contributor-covenant.org/ to adobt it) it may not be optimal for organization without a community enforcement team to review possible violations and someone to take legal responsibility for enforcement actions.
My recommendation would therefore be to remove these requirements.
