Please describe the fault in detail

After generating 'contracts' for the DNAm QC pipeline and removing unnecessary non-orthogonality, a UML diagram (or a similar diagram that achieves the same thing) should be created to aid users (and future contributors) in understanding what the pipeline actually does and needs.
