What happened?

In the STEP 0 of the ATAC-seq pipeline, the 0_setUp.sh script will install the R libraries used through the pipeline using the installLibraries.r script. The list of R libraries to be installed need to be updated with the ones needed in the scripts added lately to the pipeline.

How can the bug be reproduced?
