In addition to bugfixes, this merges 1.10.2 from upstream.

Bugfixes:

• Ad placeholders not removed (#10)
• Popups not blocked
• Some translations not displaying (Portuguese and Chinese)
• Safari 8 compatibility (script errors and context menu)
• "Storage used" displayed NaN, now it shows 0 because manual calculation is slow
