Added recommendation to look into ROR
@bedroesb let me know if you think this is enough. If I remember correctly "how_to_contribute" does not support tools, but I am sure the ROR entry in the table can be used elsewhere at some point. |

When adding a new tool in the tools and resources list, it should also be added somewhere in the content of the text using the tool snippet. (a page with a page_id, which how_to_contribute does not have)

Yes, I realised too late that the how_to_contribute didn't support it. The other page mentioning ROR is the editorial board guide, which also does not have a page_id. If you want me to get rid of the entry for ROR, I will. But I reckon a time will come when it will be handy to have it already available.
