Add settings needed for those games: - Doom 64: fixes 2D graphics and glitchy white backdrops/2D object glitching - Doom 64 XE v1.1 hack (as DOOM 64): same as Doom 64 - Killer Instinct Gold: bring same config to rev0 like rev1 and rev2

Added entries with settings for: - ExciteBike 64 (USA) (v1.0/rev0) - Pocket Monsters Stadium (JPN) / Pokémon Stadium Zero (JPN) - Pokémon Stadium USA (v1.0/rev0 and v1.1/rev1)

i've added also config for all USA versions/revisions of ExciteBike 64 and Pokémon Stadium. Also added an entry for Pokémon Stadium Zero (JPN, 1998). |
