Update to the latest cothread release and add support for Python3.

Built this package successfully on Jessie and Stretch.

With how cothread is a popular package, I was coming to this PR three times at the least. Alas, the fork does not contain upstream and pristine-tar, so it always was easier to mimic changes locally.

Is there a newer version of this package available by now? I think upstream is now 2.16, perhaps we can jump right there...

Yes, I think we can move on to 2.16... I'm working on packages for Buster right now, I might have time to work on this in the next few weeks. I'll try to remember the upstream and pristine-tar branches this time.
