1. Getting Started

How to open settings menu on watch:

- On your watch, select Run
- Open menu
- Select Run Settings > Data Screens
- Choose unused/new screen
- Change Layout to 1 field
- Select Field 1 > Connect IQ Fields > Run Power
- On your watch, open menu
- Select Settings > Sensors > Add New > Power
- Get the ANT ID (number) of your Stryd by pairing it as a foot pod: https://support.stryd.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016488714-Second-Add-Stryd-as-a-Foot-Pod-and-Configure-for-Pace-and-Distance-from-Stryd
- Open the Run Power app settings in Garmin Connect (see next item), and enter that number under Power Meter ANT+ ID.

Unless otherwise noted, higher tier devices support all lower tier features. e.g. Fenix 5 Plus supports everything.
- Non-multisport watches: you need to enter the ANT+ ID of your power meter in the Run Power settings, so Run Power can connect directly
- Multisport watches: your watch can connect to your power meter "natively" (using the watch settings)
