Run Power is a data field for Garmin Connect IQ watches that allows you to view power stats in run mode.

If you don't have it yet, go get it.

Unless otherwise noted, higher tier devices support all lower tier features. e.g. Fenix 5 Plus supports everything.

  • Non-multisport watches: you need to enter the ANT+ ID of your power meter in the Run Power settings, so Run Power can connect directly
  • Multisport watches: your watch can connect to your power meter "natively" (using the watch settings)
