Async GA was deprecated and now is removed from Hugo
`_internal/google_analytics_async.html`
must be replaced by
`_internal/google_analytics.html`
- Rename config.toml to hugo.toml Follow the change from Hugo v.0.110.0 https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/releases/tag/v0.110.0

Make `draft` tag visually stand out
`Author.name` duplicates the existing `Params.author`. Better use `Params` set as it defines multiple site related params.
