Nmap XML Parser

• Reads an Nmap XML output, finds https server and scan them
• it is not limited to the port '443'.
• Output as a list or json

Quiet option

• A --quiet or -q option was integrated to suppress output, this is useful when you only need an output to a file instead of stdout.
