Better Options and Fundraising
The big change in this release is a brand new options panel!
The new panel has a number of goals:

To promote the RECAP Archive, where you can search anything that you upload. We've learned through user testing that many of our users don't know it exists.

To tuck away some of the less-used options while promoting the more important ones. Several of our options are set-and-forget, like the file name format you prefer, but others are more important, like the ability to temporarily disable uploads.

To encourage donations. Many users don't know how RECAP is supported, so this gives our donation section much higher billing than before.

To provide a more modern interface to our new users, demonstrating that RECAP is a fresh and ongoing effort.
Beyond the options panel, this version also launches our annual fundraiser. Yes, it will pop up a new tab when it upgrades. We don't love that much either, but we don't often intrude on our users, so we hope you will understand.
