Does this patch fix some kind of bug? Or does it just make every weapon auto-turn? (if so, I don't really want that, sorry)

Also, why did you delete ru-RU.lang, and mess with the .csproj file?

It makes weapons auto-turn which was missing from your version. I never told you to take all my changes just the auto-turn part - so see no reason for you to worry about how i changed my fork to make it compile on my side.

Sorry, I don't think all weapons need to auto-turn by default. Maybe this could be a config option instead.
