Removed nearly all memory leakages, which persisted until now. Only remaining real leak seems to come from wcs.

Added parameter RESTARTID, which enables a fast restart.

Made make clean things really clean.

Changed Makefile to enable a seamless compile.

Synchronized version

Version 2.3.5 has been created to synchronize the public git versions of tirific (this release) with the ones distributed via the tar archives on the www pages.
