What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)
This adds docker instructions for documentation, as well as some snippits, restructuring of the quickstart page, a support page with links to Discord, and a few other minor formatting bits.
Why was this change needed? (You can also link to an open issue here)
To add doc support for docker!

Discussed with @nevo-david on Discord before I raised this PR. He liked the idea and approved the doc structure changes, so I am merging my own PR.
