LidMonitorApp

LidMonitorApp is a Windows tray application that automatically manages your laptop's lid close action and display settings based on the number of connected screens.

Features

• Automatically changes the lid close action:
  • Sets to "Do Nothing" when multiple screens are detected
  • Sets to "Sleep" when only one screen is detected
• Extends the display automatically when multiple screens are connected
• Runs silently in the system tray

Requirements

• Windows operating system

Installation

1. Download the latest release from the Releases page.
2. Extract the ZIP file to your desired location.
3. Run the LidMonitorApp.exe file to start the application.

Usage

1. After starting the application, you'll see a tray icon in the system tray.
2. The application will automatically manage your lid close action and display settings.
3. To exit the application, right-click on the tray icon and select "Exit".

Building from Source

1. Clone the repository.
2. Open the solution in Visual Studio.
3. Build the solution.
