maint: bump relase version to 1.2.

* Makefile (VERSION): Bump to 1.2, * optparse-1.1.1-1.rockspec: Rename from this... * optparse-1.2-1.rockspec: ...to this. (_MODREV, _SPECREV): New variables, (version, source.url, source.dir): Adjust accordingly. * lib/optparse/version.lua: Regenerate. * .gitignore: Allow luadoc output in releases. * doc/index.html, doc/ldoc.css: Regenerate. * NEWS.md: Update.
