So as to comply with the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)'s Success Criterion 1.4.1 (Use of Color), I've made the text of the navigation items underlined on hover; they used to only change slightly in color, which isn't something everyone perceives (thus SC 1.4.1).
