V6 Custom Notification Settings and Chat Media Saving Fix

Firstly , Chat Media Saving is fixed!
Secondly , We have added the ability to allow you to customize notifications to your own liking! (gui picture below)

There are keywords you can use:
{nickname} - Will show the nickname of the user
{username] - Will show the username of the user
{type} - Will show the type of notification it is
{/n} - Will create a new line
An example is
Typing: {nickname} better stop typing...
Chat: Great. {nickname} sent you another message asking for 10.69."

Firstly he has overhauled Swearify Notifications (Now called Custom Notifications) Check Commits for info
Secondly hes added a new feature (Chat Manager Settings) that blocks your outbound typing notification
EG No more "Why were you typing" Moments
