Show ZDB ID and hbzId in web UI

I don't see why we should not show this in the UI and suggest to display it right after ISBN/ISSN.

Hmm, the corresponding PR #2127 is merged but not deployed to production. Apparently, we didn't follow the usual process. Who will deploy it to prod?
