Mapping of MAB2 contents on other vocabularies

This table should answer questions like "where does this json comes from?". It builds partly on https://github.com/hbz/lobid/issues/161#issuecomment-272420198. → stands for "mapped on". Nearly identical titles were put together to shorten the table. Status: 22th March 2017
