HEPIC Pub-Sub API for Voipmonitor Sniffer RTP + CDRs

This application implements a sample HEP Pub-Sub API Interface on top of the Voipmonitor OSS Sniffer, allowing HEPIC UI (and soon HOMER) to interact with CDRs and RTP-PCAP-Audio recording remotely.
