The version 1 of the plugin for magnetic neutron scattering is released. Examples are given in the "data" repository. The application of the plugin can be found in the upcoming paper in Journal of Physics: Condensed Matters.

This release addresses the magnetic peak broadening with a characteristic time introduced in the original scattering kernels, which might not a proper way to justify the physics. Please be aware of that.
