Bind C-x C-f to QuickOpen a file and C-x b to QuickOpen a buffer, and remove C-o command description in README because it's not actually bounded.

FYI: workbench.action.files.openFolder is not available on Mac.

C-o is a default keybinding in Visual Studio Code...
I use C-x C-f to open Folder a lot! sorry that this feature is not implemented on Mac but the use of this keybinding to only be able to open files from the hierarchy on the left is nothing like emacs open file feature too.
