I cleaned up imports with all the js files in root

I deleted all the files in root then added

"exports": {
	"./*": "./src/*.js",
	"./flat/*": "./flat/*.js"
}

to package json so we still have all the imports stay the same but now the code isn't all over root and is easier to understand.
I also tested it out by linking the project and it worked great.
