The PR is ready to apply the installation microsite refactor
But I don't think this is good UX, so marking it as Draft until the discussion about it is solved.

Reverted the Microsite change.
Created a new section on the manual called Installation.
Added the /manual/install link to the top navbar.
The "Advanced Setup" section of the Infrastructure Module is left where it was.
