Need to fix a few bugs
Remove shadow warning for symlinks Remove debug echos
Fixes issues for older versions that don't have all the tooling available
Now we can apply our changes on the path such as the hash <-> #

Was running into similar problems to nim-lang/langserver#184
This adds the option to create symlinks. Plan in future to just make it a runtime config option instead of compile time so that it can be enabled on windows if the user has enabled developer mode
