Maybe we should add the _posts folder to the exclude_from_localization line in _config.yml, since the knowledge base posts aren't translated (that's where the broken link in Spanish is, and shows up for other languages too).

Mmm, it should be possible for the link checker to crawl the default language site (English) to build the link map (i.e. a set of target-page#target-id, list of source-page+location pairs) and then try to work out whether it can suggest fixes for the broken links based on context...

The po4a XML parser seems to dislike standalone HTML tags such as <img> and , and this causes it to mis-parse tags that enclose them. This commit changes <img> to <img/> and to , which keeps the parser happy.
