Adds Multiattack tool in token layer toolbar that allows multiple attack/damage rolls with different items to be made at once.
Adds module settings to enable/disable Dice So Nice! rendering for certain rolls.
Re-organized module for upcoming compatibility with Better Rolls 5e.
