Since dropping wezterm, this repository is not including lua code However lua is widely used in other tools, If I need to add the lua tools again, consider to use dprint WASM plugin

Following part of 0fc4a99
No longer used wezterm with the wayland problems, and using ghostty since GH-1004 and GH-1009.
Completely drop GH-615
Adding stylua only for unused file is just a cost. If I need lua env in future, I may consider to use dprint WASM plugin.
