bug(burusho.bsk-latn.burushaski): model is named burusho but is in release/burushos folder, and is missing version number

Name issue:

• This is inconsistent with the name of the other model in the folder, and does not match the general name requirement.

Version issue:

• The Version field in the .kps is empty. It must contain a value.

This has ended up with the file in the wrong location on the downloads server due to the missing version number, and means that the model is not available for download to users.

Once #298 is merged, we'll need to cleanup the bogus data on downloads.keyman.com.
