I added a new method, create3_set_wheels, to the create3 module. This method enables the setting of individual wheel speeds for the create3 robot. The implementation follows the message posted by Tim on the Discord channel.

Okay, minor mistake on my end, I didn't know github updates pull requests with newer commits
