Description of your changes:

This PR updates various really old dependencies. It is a much needed chain to keep the project up-to-date and address various dependency related CVEs.

There were some api breaking changes so there's code changes to resolve these scenarios, such as msgToCELMap or AddEventHandler

Some transitive dependencies introduced through tekton are just directly patched via replace. A more premanent solution would be to upgrade the main tekton packages here and in the kfp-tekton repo.
