• Upgraded Symfony to v6.4
• Upgrade dev dependencies
• Fix some cross-dependency problems

I have started with a clean slate.

• make pristine
• make install
• docker image rm -f ...
• packages/web-twig
• make build
• make start

retry with make encore-build
