chefrecentupdates 
 - Quickly parse the Chef run log to get the resources updated recently, in chronological order. 

 e.g. 

 1 resources updated in /var/log/chef/client.log-20120505.gz:
 [Fri, 04 May 2012 17:49:42 +0000] INFO:  cookbook_file[/usr/bin/gist]
