[Docs] Add examples.

Fixes #142

Changes:

• Adds the possibility to plot things in the docs, with a CI skip to avoid runtimes
• Adds a lot of examples to the docs, although we probably missed a few functionalities.
• In particular, a lot of examples were added in the getting_started page and the generalities dicussions, the place where people will probably look.
