Good stuff, Leanne. Suggested a few more typo fixes and asked a couple questions. Good to go from my point of view.

The System Optimization and SV phases contain a number of planned key components, including an LSST wide-fast-deep (WFD) 1-2 year equivalent depth ``pilot'' survey.
During the Science Validation phase, a series of SV Surveys designed to support scientific analyses that validate the system's performance and allow Rubin to demonstrate operations readiness will be carried out.
See Section 6 of \citeds{SITCOMTN-005} for the baseline design of the SV surveys.

We could also usefully add "and a $10+$~year $ugrizy$ depth test in three fields covering $\sim100$~sq. deg.", if we and in particular @bechtol can commit to such a thing...

I would rather not include this level of detail at this time.

As the processing progresses, it is conceivable that some individual exposures might not meet the quality control standard of being “science-grade, astronomically useful” images, and consequently, the exact number of images and coadd depths in DP1 may change.
The processing of crowded fields in the centers of 47 Tuc and Fornax is on a best-effort basis for DP1.
The center of 47 Tuc is saturated and so no coadd images will be produced for this region.
There will be no cell-based coadds in DP1, nor \textit{ShearObject} catalog.

This is definitive - DP1 ShearObject table not even a stretch goal? (Just checking.)

Nope - no cell based coadds == no ShearObject catalog
