- Local builds now work if you turn on gstreamer. Building a install DMG still doesn't work.
- I tried modifying FindGStreamer.cmake to make it work but it got so convoluted I gave up for now. I'll come back to that.
- Next step is to get the Mac build to build a signed DMG
